2. Data we process

The data you provide in the contact form: full name, email and mobile phone, together with technical visit data (source URL and campaign parameters) that tell us how you found us.

3. Purposes

Handling your information request and sending you the brochure, floor plans and price list of the development you are interested in.
Contacting you by email, phone or messaging (including WhatsApp) to assist you through the process.
Sending you commercial communications about this or similar developments, where you have given consent.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the form checkbox, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time without retroactive effect.

5. Recipients

Technology providers supplying CRM and marketing services, in particular HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel), based in the USA. The international transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
The project's developer and its sales network, where necessary to handle your request (for example, to reserve a unit).
Public authorities where legally required.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Retention

We process your data while handling your request and, if you consent to receiving communications, until you unsubscribe or request erasure. Data is then kept blocked for the applicable statutory limitation periods.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to jpserviciosypublicidad@gmail.com with the subject "Data protection", attaching information that allows us to identify you. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Security measures

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of your data, and we require them contractually from our data processors.

9. Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you, nor do we build profiles beyond basic advertising campaign segmentation.
